Rebecca has been with the company since 2001 and purchased the business in 2020. Rebecca graduated from Indiana University-East with a bachelor’s degree in 2021. She works primarily on residential property appraisals and is in the process of obtaining her commercial/general license. With over two decades of experience in the appraisal business she is poised to take the company forward into the future.

Gilbert S Mordoh is a Certified General Appraiser, the highest level of appraiser certified by the State of Indiana. Gilbert graduated from the Indiana University School of Business in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science in Business, majoring in Finance and Real Estate Administration, with one year of graduate work in Real Estate and Finance at Indiana University.
Gil has been performing appraisals since 1976 and formed Gilbert S Mordoh & Co, Inc in 1977. He hired Rebecca Decker in 2001 and sold the business to her in 2020. Gil continues to perform residential and commercial appraisal analysis for Legacy Appraisal Co, LLC.

Paul graduated from Indiana University School of Business in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, majoring in Real Estate Administration and Business Management. Paul has been appraising real estate since 1981, with appraisal experience in California and Indiana.
Paul has been with Legacy Appraisal Co, LLC. since 1986 and works mostly on commercial property types in and around central and south-central Indiana, with a considerable amount of experience in residential and commercial construction materials, specifications, and costs with the ability to interpret complex blueprints and site plans. He is a Certified General Appraiser, the highest level of Appraiser licensed in Indiana.
